The report presents the findings and recommendations of the commission on antisemitism in American campuses. The statements submitted to the commission and evidence collected at individual Universities are presented. Specific measures to counter campus antisemitism are recommended for the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), University leadership, the U.S. Department for Education and Congress.
