The article discusses recent progress on the international level in efforts to monitor and combat antisemitism. The possible impacts of the April 2004 Berlin Declaration of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Working Definition of Anti-Semitism of the European Union Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) are considered.
