What is Left anti-semitism?

Workers’ Liberty (2005).

The article, published by the Marxist Alliance for Workers’ Liberty attempts to reflect the group’s position on what constitutes left antisemitism and where it is manifested. It differentiates between criticism of Israel and attempts to condemn Israel outright and deny its right to exist. It highlights a distinct attitude of left-wing antisemites to Jewish nationhood in contrast to their treatment of other nationalisms, and its concomitant hostility to most Jews outside of Israel. It is suggested that left antisemitism is predicated on a misrepresentation and falsification of the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict, and frequently alludes to antisemitic conspiracy theories.
